ANALISIS KESULITAN-KESULITAN BELAJAR BAHASA INDONESIA SISWA KELAS IV DALAM IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM 2013 DI SD PILOTING SE-KABUPATEN GIANYAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kesulitan-kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SD piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar, (2) mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan-kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas IV dalam implementasi kurikulum 2013 di SD piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskiptif dengan subjek penelitian yaitu siswa kelas IV di SD piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar yang berjumlah 458 orang. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data hasil penelitian adalah metode kuesioner atau angket dan metode wawancara. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terdapat 18% siswa kelas IV di 7 SD piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar yang mengalami kesulitan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia pada kurikulum 2013. Kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia yang terdiri dari kesulitan membaca dan kesulitan menulis. Terdapat 22% siswa yang mengalami kesulitan keterampilan membaca di SD Piloting se-Kabupaten Gianyar dan 45% pada keterampilan menulis. Kesulitan keterampilan membaca terdiri dari beberapa aspek yaitu menceritakan kembali teks yang telah dibaca, menemukan informasi dalam teks melalui kegiatan membaca, menentukan gagasan utama teks, dan membuat kesimpulan dari teks yang telah dibaca. Kesulitan keterampilan menulis terdiri dari membuat kalimat menggunakan kosa kata baku, menulis hasil pengamatan dalam bentuk paragraF sederhana, menulis pengalaman dalam bentuk paragraf, membuat penjelasan dalam bentuk tulisan menggunakan kosa kata baku, menceritakan laporan dengan tulisan, dan menulis ringkasan cerita. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan kesulitan belajar siswa adalah motivasi dalam diri siswa, minat untuk belajar, serta perhatian dan bimbingan orang tua.Kata Kunci : kesulitan belajar bahasa Indonesia, kesulitan membaca dan menulis, faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan belajar
This study is aimed to (1) know some difficulties in learning Bahasa Indonesia in 4th grade students on implementation curriculum 2013 toward piloting elementary school over Gianyar regency, (2) know factors that cause difficulties to learning Bahasa Indonesia in 4th grade students on implementation curriculum 2013 toward piloting elementary school over Gianyar regency. This study is descriptive research with 4th grade students as the subject of piloting elementary school over Gianyar regency which is consist of 458 students. The methods used to collect the result of data are questionnaire and interview method. The result of data was analysed by using qualitative descriptive analysis method. The result of this study was described as follow; there are 18% of 4th grade students in 7 piloting elementary school over Gianyar regency face some difficulties in learning Bahasa Indonesia on the implementation of curriculum 2013. The difficulties are defined into two category skill, reading and writing skill. There are 22% of students who have difficulty in reading skills in 7 piloting elementary school over Gianyar regency and 45% in writing skills. The difficulty of reading skills consists of several aspects: recounted the text has been read, finding some information in a passage or text by using reading exercises, determining the main idea of the text, and make a conclusion on a passage or text. The difficulty of writing skills consists of making sentences by using basic vocabulary and correct grammar, writing observations in the form of a simple paragraph, make a recount text based on self-experience, making an explanation sentences by using basic vocabulary and correct grammar, tells the report with the inscription, and writing a summary from a text or passage. There are some factors that cause students’ difficulties on learning Bahasa Indonesia such as; lack of self-motivation, lack of interest, lack of parenting, lack of parent’s attention and lack of parent’s guidance.
