Pengaruh Pendekatan Saintifik Berbasis Assesment Portofolio Terhadap Hasil Belajar Keterampilan IPS Dengan Kovariabel Iklim Sekolah Siswa Kelas IV SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar keterampilan IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis assesment portofolio dengan kovariabel iklim sekolah pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Non Equivalent Control Group Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua siswa kelas IV SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan tahun pelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 256 orang. Sampel diambil dengan teknik random sampling dan jumlah sampel dari populasi ini adalah 62 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar keterampilan IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik dan siswa yang dibelajarkan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis assesment portofolio dengan kovaribel iklim sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kovarian didapat Fhitung = 34,799 dan Ftabel pada taraf signifikansi 5% dengan db 1: 59 = 4,02. Nilai Fhitung > Ftabel = 34,799 > 4,02 maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pendekatakan saintifik berbasis assesment portofolio terhadap hasil belajar keterampilan IPS dengan kovariabel iklim sekolah siswa kelas IV SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan.Kata Kunci : Pendekatan saintifik, assessment porofolio, hasil belajar keterampilan IPS, iklim sekolah
The aim of this study is to determine whether there is a significant difference in social learning outcomes between students who follow scientific approach and students who follow scientific approach based on the portfolio assessment with the co-variable of schools’ climate of the fourth grade students of SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan. This study is a quasi-experimental research with non equivalent control group design. The population on this study is all of the fourth grade students in elementary school, which is located in Gugus I Ngurah Rai – Denpasar Selatan in academic year 2014/2015. The amounts are 256 students. Samples are taken by random sampling technique; in addition, the amounts of sample on this population are 62 students. The result of study showed that is a significant difference in social learning outcomes between students who followed scientific approach and students who followed scientific approach based on the portfolio assessment with the co-variable of schools’ climate. Based on the result of covariant analysis, it is found that Fcount = 34,799 and Ftable in 5% significance level with db 1:59 = 4,02. Fcount > Ftable = 34,799 > 4,02 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Based on the result, it could conclude that there was the influence of scientific approach based on the portfolio assessment to the learning outcomes of social skill with the co-variable of schools’ climate of the fourth grade students of SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar Selatan.
