PENGARUH PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBASIS PENILAIAN KINERJA TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA SISWA KELAS V SEMESTER I SD GUGUS IV KECAMATAN SUKASADA KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan berbicara antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pendekatan saintifik berbasis penilaian kinerja dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada kelas V Semester I Gugus IV Kecamatan Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu yaitu Non Equivalent Post Test Only Control Group Desisgn. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas V di Gugus IV Kecamatan Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 183 orang. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Sampel penilitian ini yaitu kelas V SD Negeri 5 Sukasada yang berjumlah 26 orang sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas V SD Negeri 1 Sukasada yang berjumlah 24 orang sebagai kelas kontrol. Data hasil keterampilan berbicara siswa dikumpulkan dengan metode tes yaitu tes keterampilan berbicara yang dinilai dengan rubrik penilaian kinerja. Data keterampilan berbicara dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik uji-t. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa thit = 9,11 > ttab = 2,021 dengan demikian terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan berbicara antara siswa yang belajar dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik berbasis penilaian kinerja dengan siswa yang belajar menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Didukung oleh adanya perbedan nilai rata-rata kedua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen = 19,62 > = 14,88 kelas kontrol. Berdasarkan hasil uji-t dan didukung oleh perbedaan nilai rata-rata kedua kelas dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pendekatan saintifik berbasis penilaian kinerja terhadap keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V semester I SD Gugus IV Kecamatan Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, penilaian kinerja,dan keterampilan berbicara
This study aimed to know the differences of speaking skills students who joined the learning process by using scientific aproach based on performance assesment and students who joined the learning process by using conventional learning at the first semester of grade five in Gugus IV Sukasada District in academic year 2015/2016. The design of this research was a quasi experiment that is Non Equivalent Post Test Only Control Group Desisgn.The population of this study was 183 students at the first semester of grade five in Gugus IV Sukasada District in academic year 2015/2016. The sample of this study is selected using random sampling techniques. The sample of this study was 26 students of grade five at SD No. 5 Sukasada as the experimental class and 24 students of grade five at SD No. 1 Sukasada as control class. The data of speaking skills were collected by using method test which is skill of speaking test then are assessed with performance assessment rubric. The data of speaking test were analyzed by using statistical analysis t-test. The result of data analysis is showed thit = 9,11 > ttab = 2,021 therefore there are significant differences between the skills of speaking by the studens who take scientific approach based on performance assessment with students who take conventional learning. That is supported by differences in the average value ofthe two classes, that isi experimental class = 19,62 > = 14,88 control class. Based on the result of t-test and supported by differences in the average value f the two classes it can be concluded that there is an effect scientific approach based on performance assessment speaking skills at the first semester of grade five in Gugus IV Sukasada District in academic year 2015/2016.
