PENGARUH PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBASIS INKUIRI TERBIMBING BERBANTUAN MEDIA AUDIO-VISUAL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang signifikan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik berbaris inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan audio-visual dengan siswa yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik pada siswa kelas IV SD Negeri di Gugus Raden Ajeng Kartini Denpasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan non-equivalen control group desain. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri di Gugus Raden Ajeng Kartini yang terdiri dari 450 orang siswa. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 67 orang siswa, 35 orang siswa kelas IVC SD Negeri 19 pemecutan sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan sebanyak 32 orang siswa kelas IVA SD Negeri 32 Pemecutan sebagai kelompok kontrol. Penentuan kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar IPS dilakukan dengan metode tes dan instrumen yang digunakan adalah berupa tes objektif pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis uji-t. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diperoleh thitung = 4,74 > ttabel = 2,00, sehingga H0 ditolak yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Rerata hasil belajar IPS pada kelompok eksperimen yaitu 81,71 dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 68,13. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis inkuiri terbimbing berbantuan media audio-visual berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV Gugus Raden Ajeng Kartini Denpasar.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, inkuiri terbimbing, hasil belajar IPS
This study aimed to know the significant difference of the result social sciences study between student is learned by scientific approach based on guided inquiry using audio-visual with student who is learned by scientific approach for 4th grade student of SD Negeri at Gugus Raden Ajeng Kartini Denpasar. This study constituted psuedo experiment study with non-equivalen control group design plan. Study population are grade 5th student of SD Negeri at Gugus Raden Ajeng Kartini that formed by 450 students. Sample for this study as much as 67 students, 35 4th C grade students of SD Negeri 19 Pemecutan as experiment group and as much as 32 4th grade A SD Negeri 32 Pemecutan as control group. Determination of experiment group and control group are using random sampling technique. Social scienfic study result data accumulation is done by test methode and instrument that used is either be multiple choice objective test. Obtained data is analyzed by using t-test. Based on analyze result obtainable thitung = 4,74 > ttabel =2,00, so that H0 ignored that mean there is significance effect. Mean of social sciences study result in experiment group is 61,71 and in control group is 68,13. Therefore, can be concluded that scientific approach based on guided inquiry using audio-visual take effect to study result of 4th grade student Gugus Raden Ajeng Kartini Denpasar.
