PENERAPAN SAINTIFIK BERBASIS KONTEKSTUAL MENINGKATKAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN PKn KELAS IV SD NEGERI 1 KEROBOKAN BADUNG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn pada tema cita-citaku melalui penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis kontekstual siswa kelas IVa SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVa SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan sebanyak 38 siswa. Data tentang penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode tes. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tejadinya peningkatan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan dari persentase rata-rata siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu dari persentase rata-rata kelas sebesar 72,52% yang tergolong sedang pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 84,78% yang tergolong tinggi pada siklus II dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 68,42% pada siklus I yang berada pada katagori rendah meningkat menjadi 86,84% pada siklus II yang berada pada katagori tinggi dengan ketuntasan belajar mencapai kriteria yang diharapkan yaitu 80%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis kontekstual dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn pada tema cita-citaku siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik, kompetensi pengetahuan PKn
This study aims to improve the mastery of competencies civics knowledge on the theme of my goal through the application of contextual-based scientific approach IVa grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan . This study was conducted in two cycles. The subjects were students of class IVa SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan many as 38 students. Data on students' mastery of competencies civics knowledge collected using the test method . The collected data were then analyzed with descriptive statistics and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that tejadinya increase competence mastery of knowledge percentage students' average percentage has risen from an average grade of 72.52 % were classified as being in the first cycle increased to 84.78 %, which is high in the second cycle and complete learn reached 68.42 % in the first cycle that are in the low category increased to 86.84 % in the second cycle which are in the high category with mastery learning has reached a desirable criterion of 80%. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of contextual-based scientific approach can improve the mastery of competencies civics knowledge on the theme of my ideals IV grade students of SD Negeri 1 Kerobokan in the school year 2015/2016.
