PENGARUH PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK BERBASIS PORTOFOLIO TERHADAP PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPS DITINJAU DARI KEMAMPUAN PENALARAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1)untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara kelompok yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik berbasis portofolio dengan yang dibelajarkan melalui pendekatan saintifik pada siswa kelas V SD gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Kecamatan Denpasar Timur, (2)untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara kemampuan penalaran tinggi dan rendah,(3)untuk mengetahui interaksi antara pendekatan saintifik berbasis portofolio dengan kemampuan penalaran terhadap penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS. Rancangan analisis penelitian ini adalah rancangan faktorial 2x2.Faktor pemilahnya adalah variabel moderator kemampuan penalaran.Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SD Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai Kecamatan Denpasar Timur.Menentukan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Random Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kemampuan penalaran dan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS dengan instrumen tes berupa tes uraian.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1)terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik berbasis portofolio dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran pendekatan saintifik (FAhitung = 43, 98>F tabel(α = 0,05; 1,82)= 4,00), (2)tidak terdapat perbedaan yang siginifikan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS antara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan penalaran tinggi dan rendah (FB =0,30˂F tabel(α = 0,05; 1,82)) = 4,00) (3)terdapat interaksi pendekatan saintifik berbasis portofolio dan kemampuan penalaran terhadap penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS (FAB = 91,48>F tabel(α = 0,05; 1,82)) = 4,00).Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh pendekatan saintifik berbasis portofolio terhadap penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS ditinjau dari kemampuan penalaran siswa kelas V tema sejarah peradaban Indonesia SD gugus I gusti ngurah rai kecamatan denpasar timur.Kata Kunci : pendekatan saintifik berbasis portofolio, penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan, kemampuan penalaranpenalaran
The aims of this research are to know about (1)the significant differences of IPS knowledge competence mastery between the group that is learned by scientific approach based on Portofolio and that is learned by scientific approach to grade V students at elementary school Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai east Denpasar districts, (2)to know about the significant differences of IPS knowledge competence mastery between high and low of logical thinking ability, (3)to know about the interaction between scientific approach based on Portofolio by the logical thinking ability of IPS knowledge competence mastery. This research analysis program is the 2x2 factorial programs. The method of research is logical thinking ability of moderator variables.This research population is the whole students of grade V at elementary school Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai east Denpasar districts. To define this research sample used Random Sampling technique. The data that have been collective are the logical thinking ability and IPS knowledge competence mastery of data with the instrument examination like a written test.The research result shows that, there are the significant differences of IPS knowledge competence mastery between students who attend in learning scientific approach based on Portofolio and students who attend in learning scientific approach of (FAhitung = 43, 98>F tabel(α = 0,05; 1,82)= 4,00),There is no significant difference of IPS knowledge competence mastery between students who has high and low of logical thinking ability (FB =0,30˂F tabel(α = 0,05; 1,82)) = 4,00) (3) there is interaction of scientific approach based on Portofolio and the logical thinking ability to IPS knowledge competence mastery (FAB = 91,48>F tabel(α = 0,05; 1,82)) = 4,00). According to the invention, it can be concluded that there is an influence of scientific approach based on Portofolio to IPS knowledge competence mastery viewed from the logical thinking ability of grade V students by the theme Sejarah Peradaban Indonesia at elementary school Gugus I Gusti Ngurah Rai east Denpasar districts”.
