PENERAPAN MODEL PBL BERBASIS PORTOPOLIO DAPAT MENINGKATKAN SIKAP SOSIAL DAN PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN MATEMATIKA

Abstract


Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan sikap sosial dan (2) meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan matematika siswa kelas VB SD Negeri 29 Pemecutan melalui penerapan model problem based learning berbasis portofolio Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VB SD Negeri 29 Pemecutan yang berjumlah 37 siswa. Data dikumpulkan dengan medode nontes dan tes. Metode nontes digunakan untuk memperoleh data sikap sosial dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi. Metode tes digunakan untuk memperoleh data penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan matematika, tes yang digunakan adalah tes esay. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) nilai sikap sosial siswa pada siklus I yaitu 35,83% mendapat nilai ≥ 3 (Baik), sedangkan pada siklus II yaitu 67,27% mendapat nilai ≥ 3 (Baik) meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II = 31,44%. (2) nilai penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan matematika siswa pada siklus I yaitu 24,32% mendapat nilai ≥ 3,51 (A-), sedangkan pada siklus II yaitu 70,27% mendapat nilai ≥ 3,51 (A-) meningkat dari siklus I ke siklus II = 45,95%. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model problem based learning berbasis portofolio dapat meningkatkan sikap sosial dan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan matematika pada tema Ekosistem siswa kelas VB SD Negeri 29 Pemecutan tahuan ajaran 2015/2016.

This classroom action research aims to (1) improve social attitudes and (2) increase the competence mastery of mathematical knowledge in grade VB students of SD Negeri 29 Pemecutan trough the application of problem based learning model of portfolio-based Academic Year 2015/2016. Subjects in this study were students of grade VB 29 Pemecutan in Elementary School totaling 37 students. Data collected with non test lookups and test. Non test methods used to obtain data with the instrument in the form of social attitudes observation sheet. The test method used to obtain data on the competency mastery of mathematical knowledge, the test used is a test essays. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative methods. The results show that (1) the value of the social attitudes of students in the first cycle that 35.83% who get scored ≥ 3 (good), while in second cycle reached 67.27% who get scores ≥ 3 (good) increase from cycle I to cycle II = 31.44%. (2) the value of competency mastery of mathematical knowledge of students on the first cycle that 24.32% had a value ≥ 3.51 (A-), while in second cycle reached 70.27% had a values ≥ 3.51(A-) increase from cycle I to cycle II = 45.95%. Thus conclude that the application of the model-based portfolio of problem based learning can improve social attitudes and competence mastery of mathematical knowledge of the themes of Ecosystem grade VB students of SD Negeri 29 Pemecutan knowledge teaching of 2015/2016.
