PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROBLEM BASED LEARNING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR PENGETAHUAN IPA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan keaktifan belajar IPA Siswa Kelas VB SDN 9 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan (2) meningkatkan hasil belajar Pengetahuan IPA Siswa Kelas VB SDN 9 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 melalui Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Pelaksanaan dalam masing – masing siklus terdiri dari perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek terteliti adalah siswa Kelas VB SDN 9 Benoa Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016 dengan jumlah 25 siswa. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi dan metode tes. Data dianalisis melalui metode statistik deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA siswa dengan rata-rata persentase awal nilai keaktifan siswa 75,12% menjadi 83% dan rata-rata persentase awal nilai hasil belajar pengetahuan IPA siswa 79,6% meningkat menjadi 83,04%.Kata Kunci : Problem Based Learning, keaktifan, hasil belajar.
This study aimed at (1) improving the students participation in study natural science of VB grade students of SDN 9 Benoa in academic year 2015/2016 through implemented Problem Based Learning method and (2) improving the result of the study of natural science of VB grade students of SDN 9 Benoa in academic year 2015/2016 through implemented Problem Based Learning method. This research was an action research and conducted in two cycles. The implementation of each cycle consisting of action planning, action, observation and reflection. The subjects of the study was VB grade students of SDN 9 Benoa in academic year 2015/2016 which consisted of 25 students. The data obtained in this study was conducted through observation and tests method. The data were analyzed both descriptive statistics and quantitative method. The results of the analysis showed that the implementation of Problem Based Learning method in learning process improve the students participation and the results of the study of natural science with average percentage of the initial value of students participation was 75.12% to 83% and the average percentage of the initial value of learning result of natural science of students was 79.6% increase to 83.04%.
