PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK DENGAN MODEL QUANTUM TEACHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS DAN PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN IPS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan (1) aktivitas belajar siswa kelas V SDN 26 Pemecutan (2) penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan IPS siswa kelas V SDN 26 Pemecutan, setelah diterapkan pendekatan saintifik dengan model Quantum Teaching. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SDN 26 Pemecutan tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 34 orang siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus dan masing-masing siklus terdiri dari 3 kali pertemuan. Data mengenai aktivitas belajar siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan data tentang penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan tes objektif. Hasil penelitian penerapkan pendekatan saintifik dengan model Quantum Teaching menunjukkan bahwa (1) terjadi peningkatan persentase rata-rata aktivitas belajar siswa dari 68,53% pada siklus I menjadi 81,93% pada siklus II. dan (2) terjadi peningkatan persentase rata-rata nilai kelas dalam penerapan pendekatan saintifik dengan model Quantum Teaching dan ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal. Rata-rata nilai kelas dalam dalam penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan siswa mengalami peningkatan dari 71,14% pada siklus I menjadi 81,02% pada siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik Dengan Model Quantum Teaching Dapat Meningkatkan Aktivitas Dan Penguasaan Kompetensi Pengetahuan Siswa dalam muatan materi IPS kelas V SDN 26 Pemecutan Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : Saintifik, Quantum Teaching, aktivitas, Pengetahuan IPS
This study aims to determine the increases (1) of the activity of students of class V SDN 26 Pemecutan (2) the acquisition of knowledge competencies IPS fifth grade students of SDN 26 Pemecutan, once applied scientific approach with a model of Quantum Teaching. This research was a classroom action research subjects wen students of class V SDN 26 Pemecutan 2015/2016 school year totaling of 34 students. This study was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of three meetings. Data on students 'learning activities are collected by using observation sheets and data on students' mastery of competencies knowledge collected using objective tests. The results of has study apply the scientific approach with Quantum Teaching models show that (1) an increase in the average percentage of student activity of 68.53% in the first cycle to 81.93% in the second cycle. and (2) an increase in the average percentage of the value of the class in the application of scientific approach to the model of Quantum Teaching and learning completeness in classical. The average grade classes in the mastery of competencies of knowledge of students has increased from 71.14% in the first cycle to 81.02% in the second cycle. Based on these results it can be concluded that the adoption of the Model Quantum Scientific Approach to Improving Teaching Activities and Knowledge Competence mastery Students in charge of the material IPS class V SDN 26 Pemecutan Academic Year 2015/2016.
