MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERBANTUAN MEDIA KIT IPA MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan Model Project Based Learning berbantuan media KIT IPA siswa kelas VB SDN 4 Ubung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VB SDN 4 Ubung, yang berjumlah 42 siswa. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar pada kompetensi sikap (sosial dan spiritual) dan kompetensi keterampilan menggunakan metode non tes berbentuk lembar observasi, untuk kompetensi pengetahuan IPA menggunakan metode tes berbentuk pilihan ganda biasa. Kemudian data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pada kompetensi pengetahuan IPA, nilai rata-rata mencapai 72,29 pada refleksi awal, pada siklus I mencapai 77,83 dan mencapai 83,43 pada siklus II, sedang ketuntasan klasikal siswa mencapai 47,62% pada refleksi awal, pada siklus I mencapai 76,19%, dan mencapai 85,71% pada siklus II. Pada kompetensi sikap (spiritual dan sosial) dan kompetensi keterampilan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran cenderung berubah kearah yang positif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model PjBL berbantuan media KIT IPA dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas VB SDN 4 Ubung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : model project based learning, media KIT IPA, hasil belajar IPA.
This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the implementation of Project Based Learning Model aided media KIT IPA VB grade students at SDN 4 Ubung the school year 2015/2016. This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Subjects were students in grade VB SDN 4 Ubung, totaling 42 students. Collecting data on the competence of the attitude of learning outcomes (social and spiritual) and competence skills of using non-test observation sheet form, to the competence of science knowledge using multiple choice tests usual. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques, descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that there was an increase in the competence of science knowledge, the average value reached 72.29 on early reflections, in the first cycle reaches 77.83 and reached 83.43 in the second cycle, while the classical completeness of students reached 47.62% on reflection beginning, in the first cycle reaches 76.19%, and reached 85.71% in the second cycle. On the attitude of competence (spiritual and social) and competence skills of students in the learning process is likely to change in a positive direction. Based on these results we can conclude that, the implementation of Project Based Learning model aided media KIT IPA can improve learning outcomes VB grade science students of SD Negeri 4 Ubung the school year 2015/2016.
