PENERAPAN TAKE AND GIVE BERBANTUAN MIND MAPPING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN HASIL BELAJAR KELAS IV

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar IPA dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran take and give berbantuan media mind mapping pada siswa kelas IV tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 di SDN 2 Banjar Tegal. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV di SDN 2 Banjar Tegal tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 20 orang. Objek penelitian ini adalah peningkatan keaktifan dan hasil belajar IPA. Pengumpulan data keaktifan belajar dilakukan dengan metode observasi. Pengumpulan data hasil belajar dilakukan dengan metode tes. Data dianalisis dengan metode analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan persentase keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar IPA pada siswa kelas IV di SDN 2 Banjar Tegal. Pada siklus I, persentase rata-rata keaktifan belajar diperoleh sebesar 67,41% (cukup aktif) dan persentase rata-rata hasil belajar IPA diperoleh sebesar 67,75% (sedang). Pada siklus II persentase rata-rata keaktifan belajar diperoleh sebesar 81,25% (aktif), dan persentase rata-rata hasil belajar IPA diperoleh sebesar 80,75% (tinggi). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran take and give berbantuan media mind mapping dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar dan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV di SDN 2 Banjar Tegal tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.

This study aims to find an increase in activity of learning and learning outcomes IPA by applying the learning model of media-assisted take and give mind mapping on fourth grade students in the academic year 2015/2016 in SDN 2 Banjar Tegal. This type of research is classroom action research conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of stages planning, action, observation and evaluation, and reflection. The subjects were fourth grade students at SDN 2 Banjar Tegal academic year 2015/2016 of 20 people. The object of this study was the increase in activity and learning outcomes IPA. Data collection the activity of learning carried out by the observation methods. Data collection the learning outcomes carried out by the test methods. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis methods. The results showed that there was an increase percentage activity of learning and learning outcomes IPA on fourth grade students at SDN 2 Banjar Tegal. In the first cycle, the average percentage of activity of learning gained by 67.41% (quite active) and the average percentage of learning outcomes obtained by 67.75% IPA (medium). In the second cycle the average percentage of activity of learning gained by 81.25% (active), and the average percentage IPA learning outcomes obtained by 80.75% (high). Based on the results it can be concluded that the application learning model of media-assisted take and give mind mapping can increase the activity of learning and learning outcomes IPA on fourth grade SDN 2 Banjar Tegal academic year 2015/2016.
