PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN RESOLUSI KONFLIK TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS V

Abstract


Permasalahan rendahnya hasil belajar IPS yang ditemukan pada siswa kelas V di SD Gugus II Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur Kabupaten Tabanan menjadi masalah utama dilakukan penelitian ini. Rendahnya hasil belajar IPS siswa dibuktikan oleh nilai ulangan tengah semester berada dibawah KKM yang ditetapkan sekolah. Kondisi tersebut diduga karena guru-guru dalam pembelajaran masih cenderung menggunakan metode yang kurang inovatif. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengetahui deskripsi hasil belajar IPS siswa setelah implementasi model pembelajaran resolusi konflik, (2) mengetahui deskripsi hasil belajar IPS siswa setelah implementasi model pembelajaran konvensional, (3) mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran resolusi konflik terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas V semester II SD gugus II Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur Kabupaten Tabanan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan rancangan post test only control group design. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 siswa dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 46 siswa. Data hasil belajar IPS, dikumpulkan menggunakan metode tes, dan dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) rata-rata hasil belajar IPS siswa kelompok eksperimen sebesar 23,06 berada pada kategori sangat tinggi, (2) rata-rata hasil belajar IPS siswa kelompok kontrol sebesar 18,69 berada pada kategori sedang, dan (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model pembelajaran resolusi konflik terhadap hasil belajar ips siswa kelas V semester II SD gugus II Kecamatan Selemadeg Timur Kabupaten Tabanan Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 (thitung = 6,834 > ttabel = 2,017).

The problem of student’s low result in learning IPS was the main problem of this research did. It was obtained based on the middle test value. The condition presumably because the learning methods that used by teachers was still less innovative. Based in the explanation, this research was aimed to: (1) find out the description of student’s result in learning IPS after the implementation of resolusi konflik learning model, (2) find out the description of student’s result in learning IPS after the implementation of conventional learning model, (3) find out the significant effect of resolusi konflik learning model on student’s result in learning IPS at fifth grade of 2nd semester in Gugus II of Selemadeg Timur district Tabanan regency in academic year 2015/2016. This research was quasi experiment with post-test only control group design. The population of this research was 90 students and the samples were 46 students. Data of student’s learning in IPS was collected by using test method, and it was analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics (t-test). The results of this research indicate: (1) the average of student’s result in learning IPS at experiment group is 23,06 which is in the very high category, (2) the average of student’s result in learning IPS at control group is 18,69 which is in the medium category, and (3) there is a significant effect of resolusi konflik learning model on student’s result in learning IPS at fifth grade of 2nd semester in Gugus II of Selemadeg Timur district Tabanan regency in academic year 2015/2016 (tcount = 6,834 > ttable = 2,017).
