PENERAPAN STRATEGI TTW UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEAKTIFAN DAN KETERAMPILAN BERBICARA DALAM MUATAN MATERI BAHASA INDONESIA

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa melalui strategi think talk write, (2) meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara dalam muatan materi Bahasa Indonesia siswa melalui strategi think talk write. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan subjek terteliti siswa kelas IIIC SDN 2 Ubung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 berjumlah 26 siswa. Tindakan dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Siklus I terdiri atas 4 pertemuan dan siklus II terdiri atas 4 pertemuan. Setiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Data keaktifan belajar siswa dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan lembar observasi, sedangkan data keterampilan berbicara siswa dikumpulkan dengan tes (lisan). Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis secara statistik deskriptif dan deskriptif kuantitatif.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : melalui penerapan strategi think talk write (TTW) dapat meningkatkan keaktifan dan keterampilan berbicara dalam muatan materi Bahasa Indonesia pada siswa kelas IIIC SDN 2 Ubung tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Keaktifan belajar siswa pada siklus I sebesar 72,5% yang berada pada rentangan 65-79 dengan kriteria cukup aktif, pada siklus II yakni keaktifan belajar siswa sebesar 86,66% dengan rentangan 80-89 dengan kriteria aktif, keterampilan berbicara siswa pada siklus I sebesar 72,57% yang berada pada rentangan 65-79 dengan kriteria sedang, pada siklus II keterampilan berbicara siswa sebesar 80,65% yang berada pada rentangan 80-89 dengan kriteria tinggi dan mencapai ketuntasan 88% sesuai indikator keberhasilan yang ditetapkan sudah tercapai.

Kata Kunci : strategi Think Talk Write, keaktifan belajar, dan keterampilan berbicara.

This research aims to (1) enhance the activity of student learning through think talk write strategy, (2) improve speaking skills in a material charge indonesian students through think talk write strategy. This type of research is the classroom action research (PTK) with the subject the subjects of third grade elementary students SD N 2 Ubung the school year 2015/2016, totaling was 26 people.the action was conducted in two cycles. First cycle consisted of for time meetings and the second cycle consists of for time meetings. Each cycle consists of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Studens “ learning activeness Data was collected using observation sheets, while the data collected by the students” speaking skills tes (lisan). The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and quatitative descriptive.
The results showed that : through the implementation of the strategy think talk write (TTW) can enhance the activity, and speaking skills in charge of indonesian material in class 3th C SDN 2 Ubung the academic year 2015/2016. Activeness of studens in the firs cycle of 72,5% which is in the range of 65-79 with the criteria fairly active, the second cycle of the students “learning activeness of 86,66% with a range of 80-89 with active criteria, the speaking skills of students in the first cycle amounting to 72,57% who are in the 65-79 range with the criteria being, in the second cycle students “ speaking skills by 80,65% who are in the 80-89 range with high criteria and achieve, mastery 88% arccoding two the indicators of success set has been reached
