ANALISIS INTERAKSI GURU DAN SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA DI KELAS 1 SDN 1 NAWA KERTI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi antara guru dan siswa yang terjadi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di SDN 1 Nawa Kerti, dengan menggunakan analisis FIAC (Flander’s Interaction Analysis Condition). Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru dan siswa kelas I SDN 1 Nawa Kerti dan Lembar penilaian hasil belajar siswa. Objek penelitian adalah Interaksi Guru dan Siswa dalam Pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia, meliputi rasa menerima, pemberian pujian, cara guru mengajarkan materi, cara guru mengarahkan siswa, cara guru memberikan kritikan, respon siswa, inisiatif siswa bicara dan tingkat kesunyian atau keramaian. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh berupa data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi interaksi guru dan siswa, transkip wawancara dan dokumentasi kegiatan belajar mengajar. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan FIAC. Hasil penelitian menunjukan, (1) interaksi yang terjadi antara guru dan siswa dalam pembelajaran membaca dan menulis permulaan bersifat multi arah. Hasil penelitian dikuatkan oleh nilai Rasio Respon Guru (RRG) yaitu sebesar 44,48% dan nilai Rasio Inisiatif Siswa (RIS) yaitu sebesar 43,47%. (2) pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru tergolong berhasil. Keberhasilan dari pembelajaran multi arah dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh siswa dalam membaca sebesar 78,30 dan nilai dalam menulis sebesar 77,31. Kedua nilai tersebut dikategorikan ke dalam kategori baik. sedangkan hasil tes sikap siswa selama pembelajaran berlangsung sebesar 71,86, yang dikategorikan ke dalam kategori baik.Kata Kunci : Bahasa Indonesia, interaksi, FIAC
This study aims to understand the interaction between teachers and students that occur in learning Indonesian at SDN 1 Nawa Kerti, using analysis of FIAC (Flander’ s Interaction Analysis Condition. This research was descriptive qualitative research. The subjects were teachers and students of the first grade at SDN 1 Nawa Kerti and student learning outcomes assessment sheet. The object of research was the interaction of teachers and students in learning Indonesian, includes flavor receive, giving compliments, how teachers teach the material, how teachers engage students, teachers critiqued way, Â student response, student initiative to speak and the level of solitude or crowds. Data collection methods used in this study was observation, interview, and documentation. The data obtained in the form of qualitative data in the form of the observation of the interaction of teachers and students, transcript of interviews and documentation of teaching and learning. Data was analyzed with the FIAC. The results showed, (1) the interaction that occurs between teachers and students in learning to read and write starters are multi directional. The results of the study are corroborated by value Teacher Response Ratio (RRG) that is equal to 44.48% and the ratio of Student Initiative (RIS) is 43.47%. (2) The learning undertaken by teachers belonging succes. Â success of multi directional learning demonstrated with the average value obtained by the students in the reading of 78.30 and 77.31 of value in writing. Both values are categorized into good category. whereas the results of tests the students' attitudes during the learning takes place at 71.86, which is categorized into either category.
