This research is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The purpose of this study to Determine the increase of science learning outcomes by implementing a model of of Predict-explain is observed in the subjects of science at V class the second semester of SD N 7 Banyuning in the academic year 2015/2016. Subject of research is the second half of the five-grade elementary SD N 7 Banyuning the 2015/2016 school year as many as 20 students. Methods of data collection in this study is the test method. Data were Analyzed with descriptive quantitative techniques. The results showed that the percentage of students learning science class V in the first cycle Reaches 62.5% with the criteria of "Less Appropriate". In the second cycle, the percentage of students' science learning class V increase to 82.3% with the criteria of "Good". Learning outcomes of the first cycle to the second cycle Increased by 19.8%. Mastery learning in the first cycle of 65%, in the second cycle of 90% so known mastery learning in the first cycle to the second cycle Increased by 25%. Based on Reviews These results it can be concluded that the models of Predict–Observe-Explain (POE) can improve learning outcomes of science students in the second semester of class V SD N 7 Banyuning in the academic year 2015/2016.
