PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PREDICT-OBSERVE-EXPLAIN (POE) DAN MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V SD GUGUS II KECAMATAN BULELENG KABUPATEN BULELENG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran POE dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional, (2) interaksi antara model pembelajaran POE dengan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar IPA, (3) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran POE dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada motivasi berprestasi tinggi, dan (4) perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran POE dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada motivasi berprestasi rendah. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas V SD Gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas V di SD N 1 Penarukan dan SD N 4 Penarukan. Metode pengumpulan data ini menggunakan kuesioner motivasi berprestasi dan tes hasil belajar. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Anava dua jalur dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis diketahui terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan model pembelajaran POE terhadap hasil belajar IPA (Fhitung= 46,18>Ftabel= 4,00), terdapat pengaruh yang signitikan interaksi model pembelajaran POE dan motivasi berprestasi terhadap hasil belajar IPA (Fhitung= 104,39>Ftabel= 4,00), pada motivasi berprestasi tinggi, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran POE dan pembelajaran konvensional (Qhitung= 13,72>Qtabel= 4,00) dan pada motivasi berprestasi rendah, terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran POE dan pembelajaran konvensional (Qhitung= 17,1>Qtabel= 4,00. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model POE dan motivasi berprestasi sangat berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas V SD N di gugus II Kecamatan Buleleng.Kata Kunci : POE, motivasi berprestasi, hasil belajar IPA
This research intend to find (1) learning outcomes are significant differences between the natural sciences students who take the POE model of learning by students who take the conventional learning, (2) interaction between the learning model POE achievement motivation toward science learning outcomes, (3) differences in learning outcomes of students who take the POE model of learning with students who take the conventional learning at a high achievement motivation, and (4) differences in learning outcomes of students who take the POE learning model with conventional learning students who take the low achievement motivation. The research is quasi experimental research. The research population is class V Elementary School Cluster II District Buleleng. Samples of this research is class V in the SDN 1 Penarukan and SDN 4 Penarukan. These data collection methods using questionnaires achievement motivation and achievement test. Data were analyzed using analysis Anava two lanes and be continued by Tukey's test. Based on the results of the hypothesis is known that there are significant differences POE learning model on learning outcome of natural science (Fcount= 46.18> Ftable= 4,00), there is significant influence interaction POE learning model and achievement motivation on learning outcome of natural science (Fcount = 104,39> Ftable= 4,00), with high achievement motivation, there are differences in learning outcome between students who take science POE learning model and conventional learning ( Qcount = 13,72> Qtable= 4,00) and with low achievement motivation, there are differences in learning outcome between students who take science POE learning model and conventional learning (Q count= 17,1>Qtable= 4,00. Thus we can conclude that the POE model of learning and achievement motivation affects the learning outcomes SDN fifth grade science students in group II District Buleleng.
