PENERAPAN PENDEKATAN SAINTIFIK KEARIFAN LOKAL MENINGKATKAN PENGUASAAN KOMPETENSI PENGETAHUAN PKN KELAS VB SDN 1 UBUD

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh adanya temuan berupa rendahnya penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn siswa kelas VB SD Negeri 1 Ubud. Penelitian penerapan pendekatan saintifik berbasis kearifan lokal ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn siswa kelas VB di SDN 1 Ubud. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dan tiap siklus terdiri dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SDN 1 Ubud. Subjek terteliti adalah siswa kelas VB pada tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang melibatkan sebanyak 30 siswa. Pengumpulan data penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn dilakukan dengan metode tes jenis objektif dalam bentuk pilihan ganda biasa. Data yang telah terkumpul selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terjadinya peningkatan penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn siswa kelas VB di SDN1 Ubud. Pada siklus I yaitu 2,7 berada pada kreteria sedang (B), kemudian pada siklus II persentase rata-rata penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn sebesar 3,02 berada pada kriteria tinggi (B+). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahawa Penerapan Pendekatan Saintifik Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Dapat Meningkatkan Penguasaan Kompetensi Pengetahuan PKn Siswa kelas VB SD Negeri 1 Ubud Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : kearifan lokal, penguasaan kompetensi pengetahuan PKn, saintifik
This research was motivated by the findings in the form of low mastery of competencies civics knowledge VB grade students of SD Negeri 1 Ubud. The application of scientific research based on local wisdom approach aims to improve the mastery of competencies civics knowledge VB grade students at SDN 1 Ubud. This type of research is the Classroom Action Research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. This research was conducted at SDN 1 Ubud. Subject terteliti is VB grade students in the academic year 2015/2016 which involved as many as 30 students. The collection of data mastery of competencies civics knowledge test was conducted using an objective type multiple choice always. The collected data was then analyzed quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the increase competence mastery of knowledge Civics graders SDN1 VB in Ubud. In the first cycle is 2.7 currently on the criteria being (B), then the second cycle of the average percentage of civics knowledge mastery of competencies that are in the high criteria of 3.02 (B +). Based on these results we can conclude THAT Application of Scientific Approach Based Local Wisdom Mastery Can Improve Civics Knowledge Competence VB grade students of SD Negeri 1 Ubud in Academic Year 2015/2016.
