PENGEMBANGAN ASESMEN KINERJA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA PADA SISWA KELAS V SD NEGERI 1 BANYUNING KECAMATAN BULELENG KABUPATEN BULELENG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) mendeskripsikan desain pengembangan Asesmen Kinerja pada pembelajaran IPA, 2) mendekripsikan kualitas hasil pengembangan Asesmen Kinerja pada pembelajaran IPA, dan 3) mendeskripsikan efektifitas penggunaan penggunaan Asesmen Kinerja terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada pembelajaran IPA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan, dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE. Subjek uji coba terdiri atas uji ahli isi, ahli desain, ahli Asesmen dan uji lapangan diperoleh dengan menggunakan angket/kuesioner. Data yang diperoleh tersebut dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif, analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Deskripsi desain pengembangan Asesmen Kinerja, mulai dari tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi; 2) Kualitas kualitas hasil pengembangan Asesmen Kinerja menurut riview ahli yaitu uji ahli isi mata pelajaran IPA berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik yaitu 90,00%; uji ahli desain pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik yaitu 92,00%; uji ahli Asesmen pembelajaran berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik yaitu 90,00% dan uji coba lapangan berada pada kualifikasi sangat baik 90,76%; 3) Efektivitas hasil pengembangan Asesmen Kinerja menunjukkan signifikansi yang diperoleh adalah thitung = 4,612 > ttabel = 2,000. Ini berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Asesmen Kinerja pada pembelajaran IPA.Kata Kunci : Kata kunci: pengembangan, assmen kinerja, pembelajaran IPA.
The purpose of this study is 1) to describe the design of the development of the Performance Assessment of learning science, 2) decrypt the quality of the development of Performance Assessment in learning science, and 3) describe the use of the effective use of the performance assessment of student learning outcomes in learning science. This type of research is the development of research, using ADDIE development model. Subject test consists of test content expert, expert design, expert assessment and field tests obtained using a questionnaire / questionnaire. The data obtained were analyzed by descriptive qualitative, quantitative descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results of this study were 1) Description of Performance Assessment of design development, starting from the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation; 2) The quality of the quality of the development of performance assessments by experts Riview is test content expert science subjects that are in excellent qualifications ie 90.00%; test instructional design experts are in excellent qualifications ie 92.00%; Assessment expert test of learning that are in excellent qualifications, namely 90.00%, and field trials are in excellent qualifications 90.76%; 3) The effectiveness of the development of performance assessments indicate significance obtained is t = 4.612> table = 2.000. This means that there are significant differences in student learning outcomes before and after using the Performance Assessment in science teaching.
