PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE THINK PAIR SHARE (TPS) TERHADAP KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF DITINJAU DARI JENIS KELAMIN PADA SISWA KELAS V

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara kelompok siswa yang belajar dengan model Think Pair Share (TPS) dan model pembelajaran konvensional, (2) mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara kelompok siswa laki-laki dan kelompok siswa perempuan, (3) mengetahui pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Penelitian ini tergolong quasi experiment dengan rancangan posttest-only control group design.Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas V SD Gugus III Tambora Kecamatan Melaya Kabupaten Jembrana tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 104 orang. Sampel penelitian ini dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Instrumen penelitian adalah tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif, dan ANAVA AB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model Think Pair Share (TPS) dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional (Fhitung = 31,315 dengan sig = 0,001). (2) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan keterampilan berpikir kreatif antara kelompok siswa laki-laki dan kelompok siswa perempuan (Fhitung = 4,404 dengan sig = 0,040). (3) terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran dan jenis kelamin terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif (Fhitung = 4,404 dengan sig = 0,040).Kata Kunci : Model TPS, gender, berpikir kreatif
This study aims to (1) to know the difference of creative thinking skills among the group of students who studied with Think Pair Share (TPS) model and those who learn by conventional learning models, (2) to know the difference of creative thinking skills among groups of male students and female students, (3) to know the effect of interaction between learning model and gender toward the creative thinking skills. This study is classified into quasi-experimental design with posttest-only control group design. Population of this study was the fifth grade of elementary students Gugus III Tambora Melaya at Jembrana regency in the academic year 2015/2016 which amounted to 104 students. The research sample was chosen by random sampling technique. The research instrument used creative thinking skills test. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and ANOVA AB. The results of this study showed (1) there were significant differences of creative thinking skills between the groups of students who taught by Think Pair Share (TPS) model and those who taught by conventional learning models (Fcount = 31.315 with sig = 0.001). (2) there were significant differences of creative thinking skills between groups of male students and female students (Fcount = 4.404 with sig = 0,040). (3) there were significant interaction between the learning model and gender toward the creative thinking skills (Fcount = 4.404 with sig = 0,040).
