PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN GAME OF QUESTION CARDS DAN KEMAMPUAN PEMECAHAN MASALAH TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA

Abstract


Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan masalah yang ditemukan yakni rendahnya hasil belajar matematika. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Game of Question Cards terhadap hasil belajar matematika. (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Game of Question Cards terhadap hasil belajar matematika setelah kovariabel kemampuan pemecahan masalah dikendalikan. (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kovariabel kemampuan pemecahan masalah terhadap hasil belajar matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus X Kecamatan Buleleng tahun ajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 78 orang. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV SDN 1 Kaliuntu yang berjumlah 29 orang dan siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Kaliuntu yang berjumlah 17 orang. Data dikumpulkan dengan tes pilihan ganda untuk hasil belajar dan tes uraian untuk kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis menggunakan uji Anakova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Game of Question Cards terhadap hasil belajar matematika (Fhitung=134,767 dengan sig<ɑ (0,000<0,05)), (2) terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Game of Question Cards terhadap hasil belajar matematika setelah kovariabel kemampuan pemecahan masalah dikendalikan (F=4,693 dengan sig<ɑ (0,036>0,05)). (3) terdapat pengaruh kovariabel kemampuan pemecahan masalah terhadap hasil belajar matematika (F=45.270 dengan sig<α (0.000<0.05). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Game of Question Cards berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematka dengan mengendalikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah.

This research was conducted based on the problems found which the low result of matematic. The purpose of this research are: (1) to know the effect of learning model Game of Question Cards toward result of mathematic. (2) To know the effect of learning model Game of Question Cards toward result of mathematic after covariable mathematics problem solving ability is controlled. (3) To know effect of covariable mathematics problem solving ability toward mathematic result. This research was quasi experiment. The study of population were all of class in the fourth grade in X Force District of Buleleng in the academic year 2015/2016 totally have 78 students. The sample of this research was fourth grade students at SDN 1 Kaliuntu totally have 29 students and fourth grade students of SDN 2 Kaliuntu totally have 17 students. Data collected with a multiple choice test to study result and description test to mathematics problem solving ability. The data was collected analyzed by using Anakova. The result showed: (1) there was effect of learning model Game of Question Cards toward result of mathematic (F = 134.767 with sig<ɑ (0.000<0.05)). (2) there was effect of learning model Game of Question Cards toward result of mathematic after covariable mathematics problem solving ability controlled (F=4,693 with sig<ɑ (0,036>0,05)), (3) there was effect of covariable mathematics problem solving ability toward mathematic result with sig<α (0.000<0.05)). It can be concluded that the learning model Game of Question Cards influence result of mathematis by controlled the mathematics problem solving ability.
