PENERAPAN MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING BERORIENTASI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SEKOLAH DASAR NEGERI 20 DANGIN PURI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA melalui penerapan model project based learning berorientasi pendidikan karakter siswa kelas IV di SD Negeri 20 Dangin Puri tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah PTK yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu tahan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri 20 Dangin Puri dengan jumlah siswa 39 orang. Objek dan penelitian ini adalahh asil belajar IPA meliputi kompetensi keterampilan dalam belajar IPA. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data hasil belajar IPA. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi untuk mengumpulkan data kompetensi sikap dan keterampilan dalam belajar IPA dan metode tes untuk mengumpulkan data kompetensi pengetahuan IPA. Data hasil belajar IPA dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadinya peningkatan ketuntasan klasikal kompetensi pengetahuan IPA dari 56,02% pada siklus I menjadi 89,74% pada siklus II dengan kata lain terjadi peningkatan 33,33%. Secara umum data hasil belajar kompetensi sikap dalam belajar IPA menunjukkan seluruh siswa memiliki sikap yang baik. peningkatan hasil belajar IPA terjadi dari pra siklus ke siklus I maupun dari siklus I ke siklus II. Kemudian, hasil penelitian kompetensi keterampilan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kuantitas siswa yang memenuhi indikator kompetensi keterampilan IPA. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui penerapan model project based learning berorientasi pendidikan karakter dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAsiswakelas IV SDN 20 DanginPuri.Kata Kunci : model project based learning, berorientasi pendidikan karakter, hasil belajar IPA
This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the implementation of project-based learning model of education-oriented character of the fourth grade students at SDN 20 Dangin Puri academic year 2015/2016. This research is a PTK is conducted in two cycles. Each cycle consists of four stages: hold the planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Subjects in this study is the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 20 Dangin Puri by the number of students 39 people. The object and the research on is acyl studied natural sciences includes competency skills in study natural sciences. The data collected is data result of learning of natural sciences. Data collection method used is the observation method to collect data competence attitudes and skills in learning Science and test methods for collecting data knowledge competencies natural sciences. Data natural sciences learning outcomes were analyzed using descriptive analysis of quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed an increase in knowledge of classical completeness competence of natural sciences of 56.02% in the first cycle to 89.74% in the second cycle, in other words an increase 33.33%. In general, data on learning outcomes in learning attitude competencies natural sciences shows all the students have a good saikap. improvement of learning outcomes natural sciences occur from pre-cycle to the first cycle and from the first cycle to the second cycle. Then, the results showed an increase in skill competencies quantity of students who meet the skills competence indicator of natural sciences. Based on the results of data analysis can be concluded that through the implementation of project-based learning model of education-oriented character can improve learning outcomes natural sciences fourth grade students of SDN 20 Dangin Puri.
