Pengaruh Model Word Square Berbasis Kearifan Lokal Dengan Assesment Portofolio Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPS Kelas IV

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran word square berbasis kearifan lokal catur marga dengan assesment portofolio dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi exsperimen dengan rancangan post-test only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SD semester II di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Sebanyak 53 orang siswa dipilih sebagai sampel yang ditentukan dengan teknik random sampling. Data yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar IPS ranah kognitif yang dikumpulkan melalui tes objektif. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada hasil belajar IPS antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran word square berbasis kearifan lokal catur marga dengan assesment portofolio dan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara konvensional. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari perolehan hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t, dengan thitung lebih besar dari ttabel (thit = 6,681 > ttab = 2,007). Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran word square berbasis kearifan lokal catur marga dengan assesment portofolio berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas IV SD semester II di Gugus I Kecamatan Sukasada tahun pelajaran 2015/2016.Kata Kunci : assesment portofolio, catur marga, hasil belajar IPS, word square
This research is aimed to know the differences from the result of social studies course learning between student who learnt by word square learning model based on local wisdom catur marga with on portfolio assessment and students who learnt using conventional learning model. This research is a quasi-experiment with a plan of post-test only control group design. Population of this research was grade fourth students in the second semester of Cluster I District of Sukasada in academic year 2015/2016. There were 53 students chosen as the sample by using random sampling technique.The data which were analyzed in this research is the result of social studies course domain cognitive which were gathered through objective test. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and inferential statistic (t-test).The results showed that, there were significant difference between the result of social studies course of the students who were attending learning process using word square learning model based on local wisdom catur marga with on portfolio assessment and students who learnt using conventional learning model. It can be seen from the result of hypothesis test using t-test, with tarithmetic bigger than ttable (tarithmetic = 6.681 > ttable = 2.007). So, word square learning model based on local wisdom catur marga with on portfolio assessment is positive influential to the result of social studies course grade fourth students in the second semester of Cluster I District of Sukasada in academic year 2015/2016.
