PENGARUH METODE COURSE REVIEW HORAY BERBANTUAN MEDIA BY DESIGN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan metode course review horay berbantuan media by design, (2) mendeskripsikan hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional, (3) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan metode course review horay berbantuan media by design dan kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD di Gugus V Kecamatan Mendoyo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan rancangan non-equivalent post-test only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas IV SD di Gugus V Kecamatan Mendoyo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 111 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini yaitu kelas IV SDN 1 Yehembang Kangin yang berjumlah 23 siswa dan siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Yehsumbul yang berjumlah 19 siswa yang dipilih dengan teknik random sampling. Data diperoleh melalui metode tes berbentuk pilihan ganda. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial (uji-t). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) skor rata-rata hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan metode course review horay berbantuan media by design adalah 19,00 yang terkategori tinggi, (2) nilai rata-rata hasil belajar IPA kelompok siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional adalah 10,94 yang terkategori rendah, (3) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang dibelajarakan dengan metode course review horay berbantuan media by design dan siswa yang dibelajarkan dengan pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas IV SD Gugus V Kecamatan Mendoyo tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 (sig=4,860 > 2,021).Kata Kunci : Course review horay, hasil belajar
This research aimed to (1) describe student’s science learning outcome who learned by course review horay method aid by design media, (2) describe student’s science learning outcome who learned by conventional learning, (3) know the difference in science’s learning outcomes between students who learned by course review horay method aid by design media and students who learned by conventional learning on fourth grade students on cluster V at Mendoyo district in academic year 2015/2016. This study was quasi experimental research with non-equivalent post-test only control group design. The population of this research were all fourth grade students on Gugus V at Mendoyo district in academic year 2015/2016 whom total of the students were 111 students. The sample of this research was fourth grade students of SDN 1 Yehembang Kangin whom totaling 23 students and fourth grade students of SDN 3 Yehsumbul whom total of the students were 19 students which selected by random sampling technique. Learning outcome’s data collected by multiple choice test method. The data which obtained then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics (t-test). The result of this research showed, (1) the average score of student’s science learning outcome who learned by course review horay method aid by design media was 19 which excellent category, (2) the average score of student’s science learning outcome who learned by conventional learning was 10,94 which poor category, (3) that was significantly difference science’s learning outcomes between students who learned by course review horay method aid by design media and students who learned by conventional learning on fourth grade students on cluster V at Mendoyo district in academic year 2015/2016 (sig=4,860 > 2,021).
