PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING (PBL) BERBANTUAN MEDIA KOMIK UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PKn SISWA KELAS IVA SEMESTER GENAP TAHUN PELAJARAN 2015/2016 DI SD KATOLIK KARYA SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas IVA semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 di SD Katolik Karya Singaraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, yang pada tiap siklus terdiri dari tahap Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Observasi/Evaluasi, dan Refleksi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IVA SD Katolik Karya Singaraja yang berjumlah 22 orang. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode tes dan metode observasi. Metode tes digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai hasil belajar PKn pada ranah kognitif, sedangkan ranah afektif dan psikomotor dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi. Data yang didapatkan dari metode tes dan observasi selanjutnya dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Persentase rata-rata hasil belajar siswa berdasarkan nilai ulangan akhir semester sebelum dilakukan penerapan tindakan sebesar 64%, setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus I hasil belajar siswa menjadi 69,77%, sedangkan pada siklus II sebesar 84,32%. Hasil penelitian pada siswa kelas IVA SD Katolik Karya Singaraja semester genap tahun pelajaran 2015/2016 dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran problem based learning (PBL) berbantuan media komik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan terhadap hasil belajar PKn pada siklus I dan II dibandingkan dengan sebelum adanya tindakan. Terjadi peningkatan sebesar 14,55% dari siklus I ke siklus II. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Larning (PBL) berbantuan media komik dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar PKn siswa kelas IVA SD Katolik Karya Singaraja.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes civics class IVA second semester of 2015/2016 academic year at the SD Katolik Karya Singaraja. This research is a classroom action research (PTK) is conducted in two cycles, which in each cycle consisting of the stages of Planning, Implementation, Observation/Evaluation, and Reflection. The subjects were students of class IVA SD Katolik Karya Singaraja amounting to 22 people. Collecting data in this study conducted with test method and observation method. The test method used to collect data on learning outcomes civics in the cognitive, affective and psychomotor while collected by observation. Data obtained from tests and observation methods were subsequently analyzed by quantitative descriptive techniques. The average percentage of student learning outcomes based replay value end of the semester prior to the implementation of measures by 64%, after the first cycle measures of student learning outcomes be 69.77%, while in the second cycle of 84.32%. The results of the study at the SD Katolik Karya Singaraja class IVA second semester of the school year 2015/2016 by applying the learning model of problem-based learning (PBL) aided comics media showed an increase on learning outcomes civics cycle I and II compared to prior to the action. An increase of 14.55% from the first cycle to the second cycle. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the model Larning Problem Based Learning (PBL) aided comics media can improve learning outcomes Civics class IVA SD Katolik Karya Singaraja.
