PENGARUH MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PBL TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV SD GUGUS 2 KECAMATAN RENDANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang siginifikan hasil belajar IPA antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (Project-Based Learning) dan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional di kelas IV SD gugus 2 Rendang Karangasem. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi experiment). Data hasil belajar IPA, dikumpulkan dengan metode tes sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes obyektif. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yaitu uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar IPA antara siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (Project-Based Learning) dengan siswa yang belajar dengan model pembelajaran konvensional. Perhitungan hasil analisis uji-t membuktikan dimana, thitung lebih besar dari ttabel yaitu 39,88>2,011. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning)berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV SD semester II di Gugus 2 Kecamatan Rendang Karangasem.Kata Kunci : pembelajaran berbasis proyek, hasil belajar
This study aimed to know the significant difference of science outcomes between the students’ group that followed project based learning and the students’ group that followed conventional learning at class IV elementary school cluster 2 Rendang Karangasem. This study is quasi experiment. The result of the science outcome data was collected by test method while the instrument used is objective test. The data collected were analyzed by descriptive statistic and inferential statistic, namely t-test. The result of this study showed that there is different science learning outcomes between the students that learned using project based learning method to the students that learned using conventional learning. The calculation analysis of t-test showed that t-calculation is bigger than t-table, such as 39,88>2,011. Therefore, the project based learning model has a positive effect through the science learning outcomes at class IV elementary school semester II in cluster 2 Rendang subdistrict Karangasem.
