Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Paired Storytelling untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Berbicara Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Siswa Kelas V Semester II SD Negeri 4 Tejakula Kabupaten Buleleng Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016

Permasalahan yang terdapat pada kelas V semester II di SD Negeri 4 Tejakula yaitu masih kurangnya keterampilan berbicara siswa. Oleh karena itu dilaksanakan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V semester II SD Negeri 4 Tejakula Kabupaten Buleleng setelah penerapan model pembelajaran paired storytelling tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 4 Tejakula sebanyak 17 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Hasil penelitian pada siklus I menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata klasikal keterampilan berbicara siswa mencapai 78,5 serta ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 64,7%. Pada siklus II rata-rata klasikal keterampilan berbicara mencapai 87,2 serta ketuntasan klasikal mencapai 82,4%. Data yang telah diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas V di SD Negeri 4 Tejakula setelah diterapkan model pembelajaran paired storytelling. Berdasarkan data hasil observasi dalam penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran paired storytelling dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia siswa kelas V semester II SD Negeri 4 Tejakula Kabupaten Buleleng tahun pelajaran 2015/2016. Penelitian ini disarankan kepada siswa, guru, sekolah serta peneliti lain.Kata Kunci : paired storytelling, keterampilan berbicara
In the application of the second semester in class V SD Negeri 4 Tejakula is still a lack of students' speaking skills. Therefore conducted research that aims to improve speaking skills on the subjects of Indonesian students second semester class V SD Negeri 4 Tejakula Buleleng after application of learning models paired storytelling in the academic year 2015/2016. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects were all students in grade V in SD Negeri 4 Tejakula many as 17 people. Data collection techniques using observation. This study was conducted over two cycles. The results of the study in the first cycle showed that the average classical students' speaking skills reached 78.5 and reached 64.7% classical completeness. In the second cycle the average reached 87.2 classically speaking skills as well as classical completeness reached 82.4%. Data have been obtained showing that an increase in students' speaking skills in primary school class V 4 Tejakula after learning model paired applied storytelling. Based on data from observations in studies that have been conducted, it can be concluded that the application of learning models paired storytelling can improve speaking skills on the subjects of Indonesian students second semester class V SD Negeri 4 Tejakula Buleleng in the academic year 2015/2016. This study is recommended to students, teachers, schools and other researchers.
