ANALISIS TES FORMATIF BAHASA INDONESIA KELAS IV DITINJAU DARI TAKSONOMI BLOOM REVISI DI GUGUS XIII KECAMATAN BULELENG TAHUN AJARAN 2015/2016

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui deskripsi tes formatif Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV ditinjau dari Taksonomi Bloom Revisi, 2) mengetahui analisis butir tes formatif, dan 3) mengetahui kendala- kendala yang dihadapi guru dalam penyusunan tes formatif ditinjau dari Taksonomi Bloom Revisi di SD Gugus XIII Kecamatan Buleleng tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitan ini adalah empat guru bahasa Indonesia kelas IV di Gugus XIII Kecamatan Buleleng sedangkan obyek penelitan ini adalah tes formatif Bahasa Indonesia kelas IV di Gugus XIII Kecamatan Buleleng pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tes formatif bahasa Indonesia kelas IV sudah menunjukkan penyebaran soal pada aspek kognitif dan pengetahuan walaupun masih didominasi tingkat kognitif mengingat. Setelah melakukan analisis butir soal diketahui kualitas soal termasuk masih kurang baik. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa kendala, baik dari siswa maupun guru.Kata Kunci : tes formatif, taksonomi
This study aims to know: 1) the description of Indonesian formative tests of IV class in terms of Bloom's Taxonomy Revised, 2) the analysis of formative test items, and 3) the difficulties when the teachers prepared the formative tests items in terms of Bloom's Taxonomy Revised in SD Gugus XIII Buleleng District in academic year 2015 / 2016. This research is descriptive qualitative study. The subjects of this research are four Indonesian teachers in the fourth grade in Gugus XIII Buleleng District whereas the object of this research is the Indonesian formative test grade IV in Gugus XIII Buleleng District of the first semester in academic year 2015/2016. The method used is the documentation and interviews method. The results showed that the Indonesian formative tests have shown the deployment of fourth grade about the cognitive aspects and knowledge although it is still dominated by the improvement level of cognitive. After analyzing the items, it is known that the quality of items is still not good enough. This is due happened in both of student's or teachers itself.
