ANALISIS MOTIVASI BERPRESTASI BAHASA INDONESIA DITINJAU DARI TEORI MCCLELLAND DI SD GUGUS VI KECAMATAN BULELENG

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) motivasi berprestasi dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia dan (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi pada siswa kelas IV pada tiga SD di Gugus VI Kecamatan Buleleng Tahun 2016/2017. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV pada SD Gugus VI kecamatan Buleleng dan sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV semester ganjil di SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru, SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru, dan SD Negeri 7 Kampung Baru. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian motivasi berprestasi menunjukkan bahwa (1) Deskripsi motivasi berprestasi di SD Negeri 2 Kampung Baru dengan jumlah responden 15 dengan rata-rata skor 92.06 termasuk kategori tinggi, deskripsi motivasi berprestasi di SD Negeri 3 Kampung Baru dengan jumlah responden 27 dengan rata-rata skor 89.33 termasuk kategori tinggi, deskripsi motivasi berprestasi di SD Negeri 7 Kampung Baru dengan jumlah responden 12 dengan rata-rata 89.75 termasuk kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi berprestasi pada tiga SD di Gugus VI Kecamatan Buleleng tahun 2016/2017 menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang dominan memengaruhi motivasi berprestasi siswa adalah harapan orang tua dan lingkungan.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Berprestasi, Bahasa Indonesia
This research is a descriptive research. It aims to find out: (1) achievement motivation in Indonesian learning and (2) fakctors affecting the motivation of the fourth grade students at three elemantary school cluster VI, Buleleng districts year of 2016/2017. This population research is fourth grade students in elementary school cluster VI, Buleleng districts and this research sample is the first semester of the fourth grade students in public elementary school 2 Kampung Baru, elementary school 3 Kampung Baru and elementary school 7 Kampung Baru. Data collection method used is questionnaires and documentation. Results of the study showed that achievement motivation (1) Description of achievement motivation in elementary school 2 Kampung Baru with the number of responden 15 an average score of 92.06 including high category. Description of achievement motivation in elementary school 3 kampung baru with the number of responden 27 an average score of 89.33 including high category. Description of achievement motivation in elementary school 7 kampung baru with the number of responden 12 an average score of 89.75 including high category. The results of study factors that influence motivation in three elementary school in the cluster VI Buleleng district year of 2016/2017 showed that the dominant factor influencing student achievement motivation is expectations of parents and environment.
