Abstract

Artikel ini dibuat untuk memahami konsep Kedaulatan negara sangat menarik dan inspiratif dalam wacana dinamis dalam bidang hukum dan politik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam hal ini adalah metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kedaulatan negara di bidang ekonomi dan investasi arbitrase internasional sebagai penyelesaian  sekngketa.
