PENGARUH PENGALAMAN KERJA, KOMPETENSI SOSIAL DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA BAGIAN PEMASARAN PT ADIRA FINANCE SINGARAJA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan tentang pengaruh (1) pengalaman kerja, kompetensi sosial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi sosial, (6) pengalaman kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan (7) kompetensi sosial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada bagian pemasaran PT Adira Finance Singaraja. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausal. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner dengan responden sebanyak 40 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif pengalaman kerja, kompetensi sosial dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) ada pengaruh positif pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (3) ada pengaruh positif kompetensi sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan, (4) ada pengaruh positif motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (5) ada pengaruh positif pengalaman kerja terhadap kompetensi sosial, (6) ada pengaruh positif pengalaman kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dan (7) ada pengaruh positif kompetensi sosial terhadap motivasi kerja karyawan pada bagian pemasaran PT Adira Finance Singaraja.

This study aimed to obtain findings of the effect (1) job experience, social competence and job motivation on the employee performance, (2) job experience on the employee performance, (3) social competence on the employee performance, (4) job motivation on the employee performance, (5) job experience on the social competence, (6) job experience on the job motivation and (7) social competence on the job motivation Marketing Department employees of PT Adira Finance Singaraja. This study used a causal research design. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with 40 respondents. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a positive effect of job experience, social competence and job motivation on the employee performance, (2) there is a positive effect of job experience on the employee performance, (3) there is a positive effect of social competence on the employee performance, (4) there is a positive effect of job motivation on the employee performance, (5) there is a positive effect of job experience on the social competence, (6) there is a positive effect of job experience on the job motivation and (7) there is a positive effect of job motivation on the social competence Marketing Department employees of PT Adira Finance Singaraja.
