Tingkat Profitabilitas Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2012-2013 (Kajian Faktor Penyebab dan Dampaknya)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap struktur modal, (2) pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas, (3) pengaruh pertumbuhuan perusahaan terhadap struktur modal, (4) pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap profitabilitas, (5) pengaruh struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas dan (6) pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Obyek penelitian ini adalah ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas dan nilai perusahaan Bank Umum Swasta Nasional Devisa Yang Terdaftar di BEI Periode 2012-2013. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kuantitatif yang dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (2) ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (3) pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal, (4) pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, (5) struktur modal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas dan (6) profitabilitas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan

This research is intended to identify and analyze (1) the effect of firm size on capital structure, (2) the effect of firm size on profitability, (3) the effect of firm growth on capital structure, (4) the effect of firm growth on profitability, (5) the effect of capital structure on profitability and (6) the effect of profitability on firm value. The subject in this research is the national foreign exchange bank which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on the periode 2012-2013. The object of this study are firm size, capital structure, firm growth, profitability and firm value national foreign exchange bank which is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on the periode 2012-2013. The type of data is quantitative data which was collected by using documentation technique and it is analyzed by using path analysis. The results show that (1) firm size influential significantly to the capital structure, (2) firm size influential significantly to the profitability, (3) firm growth influential is not significantly to the capital structure, (4) firm growth influential significantly to the profitability, (5) capital structure influential significantly to the profitability and (6) profitability to have influence significantly to the firm value
