PENGARUH PEMBERIAN KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) pemberian kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pemberian kompensasiterhadap disiplin kerja, (3) pemberian kompensasiterhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerjakinerja karyawan pada UD Ayu Lestari. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan UD Ayu Lestari, dan objeknya adalah pemberian kompensasi, disiplin kerja, dan produktivitas kerjkinerja karyawan.Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 45 karyawan.Semua populasi ini dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi.Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data pemberian kompensasi, disiplin kerja dan kinerja karyawan yang didukung wawancara dengan karyawan.Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik (1) kuesioner, dan (2) pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) pemberian kompensasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pemberian kompensasiterhadap disiplin kerja, (3) pemberian kompensasiterhadap kinerja karyawan, dan (4) disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada UD Ayu Lestari.

This present study was intended to find the tested explanative finding of the impact of (1) awarding compensation and discipline in working toward the performance of the employees, (2) awarding compensationtoward discipline in working, (3) awarding compensationtoward the performance of the employees, and (4) discipline in working toward the performance of the employeesin UD Ayu Lestari. The study was designed to be a casual quantitative study. The subject of the study included all the employees of UD Ayu Lestari, and the object of the study included the awarding compensation, discipline in working, and the performance of the employees. The population of the study totaled 45. All were used as the points of observation, thereforethis present study can be classified as the population research. The data collected in the study were on the awarding compensation, discipline in working and the performance of the employees which was supported by the interview with the employees’ of UD Ayu Lestari. The data were collected using (1) questionnaire, and (2) documentation recording, the data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study shows there are positive influences from (1) awarding compensationand discipline in workingtoward the performance of the employees, (2) awarding compensationand discipline in working, (3) discipline in working affected the performance of the employees, and (4) discipline in working affected to the performance of the employeesof UD Ayu Lestari
