PENGARUH PRICE EARNING RATIO DAN PRICE TO BOOK VALUE TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN SUB SEKTOR INDUSTRI MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh (1) Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Price to Book Value (PBV) terhadap harga saham secara simultan pada Perusahaan Industri Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2015, (2) Price Earning Ratio (PER) dan Price to Book Value (PBV) terhadap harga saham secara parsial pada Perusahaan Industri Makanan dan Minuman yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2013-2015. Subjek penelitian adalah Perusahaan Sub Sektor Industri Makanan dan Minuman, dan objek penelitian adalah PER, PBV dan Harga Saham. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data kuantitatif dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dari Price Earning Ratio dan Price to Book Value terhadap harga saham, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Price Earning Ratio terhadap harga saham, (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari Price to Book Value terhadap harga saham.

This research aimed to determine about the influence of (1) Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Price to Book Value (PBV) simultaneously to the stock price in the sub-sectors of food and beverages industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2015, (2) Price Earning Ratio and Price to Book Value partially to the stock market in the sub-sectors of food and beverages industry companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2013-2015. The subjects were sub-sectors of food and beverages industry companies and the objects were PER, PBV and stock price. Type of data used was quantitative and it’s analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The result showed that (1) Price Earning Ratio and Price to Book Value had significant influence to the stock price, (2) Price Earning Ratio had positive and significant influence to the stock price, (3) Price to Book Value had positive and significant influence to the stock price.
