Penerapan Media Video Berbasis Powerpoint Pada Pembelajaran Materi Larutan Asam-Basa untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik

Abstract


Research has been carried out on the application of powerpoint video media on acid-base solution material to improve student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. This study aims to see learning outcomes and student responses through powerpoint-based video media on base-solution material at SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Using a quantitative approach with this type of pre-experimental research using a one-group design, a pre-test post-test design to measure student learning outcomes and a type of survey to see students' activities and plans. The sample population was students of class XI MIA 1 who followed 15 people and were selected by purposive sampling. This research is a test of learning outcomes in the form of 14 multiple choice questions, activity observation sheets and student response questionnaires. The learning outcome data were analyzed using the two-party t-test after the prerequisite test was met. The results of data analysis obtained tcount=20.073 with α=0.05 and dk =14, it was obtained =2,14 so that the differences in learning outcomes of students before and after learning were shown through the application of powerpoint-based video media on acid-base solution in SMA Negeri 5 Banda Aceh. Activity data and student responses were descriptive in order to obtain the results that 85.95% of students did the expected activities and the students' responses to the application of powerpoint-based video media were obtained 93.17% which belonged to the very good category.
