Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah peningkatan self-efficacy siswa kurang mampu. Desain  penelitian ini adalah kelompok kontrol non ekuivalen yang melibatkan dua kelas. Kelas pertama memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan Flipped Classroom tipe Peer Instruction Flipped dan kelas kedua memperoleh pembelajaran menggunakan konvensional. Instrumen yang digunakan ada penelitian ini adalah angket self-efficacy. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kelas XI di salah satu SMK yang ada di Ciamis. Analisis data menggunakan uji mann-whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Flipped Classroom tipe Peer Instruction Flipped memberikan pengaruh pada peningkatan self-efficacy siswa kurang mampu.
