Abstrak

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggunakan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (Technology Acceptance Model/TAM) sebagai kerangka teoretis untuk menjelaskan adopsi teknologi digital oleh guru dalam pendidikan bisnis di sekolah menengah kejuruan. TAM digunakan sebagai landasan untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi penerimaan dan penggunaan teknologi oleh guru. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode analisis statistik PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling) untuk menguji hubungan antara faktor-faktor dalam TAM dan adopsi teknologi oleh guru dalam konteks pendidikan bisnis. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei dan penggunaan instrumen valid yang telah disiapkan sebelumnya. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 172 guru yang terlibat dalam pengajaran mata pelajaran bisnis di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang lebih mendalam tentang faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi adopsi teknologi oleh guru dalam pendidikan bisnis. Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan bisnis yang lebih efektif dan inovatif melalui pemanfaatan teknologi digital.
