PENGARUH KONSEP DIRI TERHADAP TINGKAT KECEMASAN NARAPIDANA YANG AKAN REINTEGRASI SOSIAL DI LAPAS KELAS IIB TULUNGAGUNG
Abstract
Social reintegration can be interpreted as the process of a prisoner returning to social life after serving a sentence for a criminal act that has been committed. Based on Law No. 22 of 2022 concerning Corrections, Article 10 paragraph 1, it is stated that there are at least six types of prisoners' rights which refer to reintegration activities, including assimilation, remission, leave to visit family, leave before release, conditional leave and conditional release. Even though they have differences and requirements from each other, the six types of rights above are overall oriented towards the life of prisoners in the community. Prisoners have the right to obtain or apply for these rights if they have fulfilled several requirements as explained in the same article, paragraph 2, namely having good behavior while undergoing guidance, being active in participating in the guidance program, and having demonstrated a reduced level of risk (not dangerous or threatening the welfare of the person other). Prisoners who will be returned to society must demonstrate ideal personal qualities in accordance with the norms and values of life so that they will reduce the chances of recidivism or repetition of criminal acts.
