Abstrak

Pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan bagi tahanan dan narapidana merupakan salah satu dari keselurahan hak yang wajib dipenuhi dan telah diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan bagi Tahanan dan Narapidana di Klinik Pratama Rutan Kelas IIB Bantul, beserta analisis yuridisnya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan hukum empiris. Lokasi penelitian di Klinik Pratama Rutan Kelas IIB Bantul. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai Rutan Kelas IIB Bantul, khususnya bagian tenaga kesehatan. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa sejauh ini penyelenggaraan pemenuhan hak pelayanan kesehatan bagi tahanan dan narapidana dan dikaitkan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan sudah berjalan baik. Meskipun, demikian tetap masih adanya kendala belum adanya akreditasi klinik dan pertimbangan perlu adanya tenaga medis dokter yang statusnya tetap. Selain itu, kedepannya masih diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut.
