The GROWTH MINDSET PROFILE OF DRIVING SCHOOL TEACHERS IN BADUNG REGENCY IN TERMS OF GENDER

This research aims to describe the growth mindset profile of driving school teachers in Badung Regency in terms of gender. The research method used is descriptive statistical methods. The research subjects involved 24 teachers, of whom 12 male teachers and 12 female teachers, from six (6) elementary school groups 1 and 2 in Badung Regency. Data was collected using the "Mindset Questionnaire" instrument by Dweck, with a Likert scale to identify teachers' mindsets based on gender. Data analysis was carried out using a quantitative descriptive approach, using descriptive statistical methods. The research results show that both female and male teachers in driving schools tend to adopt a growth mindset. However, there are differences in the intensity of growth mindset between the two genders. Female teachers show a slightly higher level of growth mindset intensity compared to male teachers. These findings provide in-depth insight into the growth mindset profile of Badung Regency driving school teachers when viewed from gender, which can be the basis for developing self-development strategies and more focused training.
