PENERAPAN METODE BERCERITA BERBANTUAN MEDIA BUKU BERGAMBAR UNTUK PENGEMBANGAN KEMAMPUAN BERBAHASA ANAK KELOMPOK B TK TITI DHARMA DENPASAR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa anak TK pada kelompok B di TK Titi Dharma Denpasar tahun 2013/2014 dengan menerapkan metode bercerita berbantuan media buku bergambar Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 28 orang Anak TK pada Kelompok B Semester II Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014. Data penelitian tentang kemampuan berbahasa dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observsi dengan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dan metode analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pengembangan kemampuan berbahasa dengan menerapkan metode bercerita berbantuan media buku bergambar pada siklus I sebesar 58,07% yang berada pada kategori rendah ternyata mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 82,25% tergolong pada kategori tinggi. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan berbahasa anak sebesar 28,18%.Kata Kunci : metode bercerita, media buku bergambar, kemampuan berbahasa
This research aims to develop the ability of kinder garten children communication at B group is at TK Titi Dharma Denpasar in the year 2013/2014 by applaying telling story method using pictured book media. This kind of research is a class room action research which earried out in two eyeles. The subject of the research are 28 kinder garten students of B group semester II academic year 2013/2014. The data of the research is collected by using an observation. Method with observation forms sheet instrument the data of the research result is analized with descriptive statistical analyses method and kwantitative and kwalitative analyses method. The result of the analyses reflected that there was a development in this communication ability by applying telling story method using pictured book media in cycle I is 58,07% in which it is a low category however in cycle II it become higher to 82,25% in which it is a high category. So there was in speaking ability of the students of 28,18% increasing.
