Abstrak

To preserve public confidence and ensure that the quality of education produces professionals who can fill jobs in line with their profession in the community, the Mitra Bakti Husada Vocational School's Education Quality Improvement Program, based on School-Based Management (SBM), must be continuously implemented. Mitra Bakti Husada Vocational School is taking steps to raise the standard of education in order to better the outcomes of education implementation so that they are in line with the policy's direction. In this instance, school activities aimed at enhancing educational outcomes have been continuously carried out in accordance with government policy. Specifically, the process of enhancing educational quality at the educational unit level has been carried out through four design stages: evaluation of educational achievements, planning of educational evaluation, improving educational quality, and monitoring of quality education. The Mitra Bakti Husada Vocational School has also put into practice the four basic tenets of school-based management, namely the concepts of autonomy, flexibility, participation, and initiative. This study uses methodologies that are thought to be pertinent to the primary variables under investigation, namely the management approach and the pedagogical approach. It is a descriptive field study with references to quantitative analysis.
