Abstrak

Pembiayaan merupakan salah satu instrument penting dalam mencapai tujuan Pendidikan yang harus di Kelola secara efektif dan efesien serta menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai akuntabilitas. Hal ini mesti dipergunakan secara benar, tepat sasaran, dan sesuai kebutuhan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami dan mengkaji tentang kebijakan Anggaran Pendidikan Nasional yang telah ditetapkan pemerintah pada APBN 2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pendanaan  untuk  pendidikan merupakan  isu  sangat  penting  dalam  upaya untuk  meningkatkan  kesejahteraan  masyarakat  dan  kualitas  generasi  muda suatu    bangsa.    Pemerintah    di    setiap    negara    selalu    berupaya    untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan rakyatnya, terutama melalui pengalokasian sumberdaya yang memadai dalam anggaran pemerintah, baik pusat maupun daerah. Anggaran Pendidikan Nasional pada postur APBN 2023 telah ditetapkan khusus bagi sektor pendidikan mencapai Rp612,2 triliun yang terdiri atas pemerintah pusat Rp237,1 triliun, transfer ke daerah sebesar Rp305,6 triliun, dan pembiayaannya Rp69,5 triliun. Namun harus diperhatikan bahwa pengelolaan anggaran yang sangat rentan terhadap penyelewengan.
