PENGARUH KUALITAS KEHIDUPAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI DI KANTOR CAMAT GEROKGAK

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, (2) kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasi, (3) kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan (4) komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Gerokgak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Camat Gerokgak, dan objek penelitian ini adalah kualitas kehidupan kerja, komitmen organisasi dan kinerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen, serta dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan dari (1) kualitas kehidupan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 49,90%, (2) kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 37,90%, (3) kualitas kehidupan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 38,30%, dan (4) komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kantor Camat Gerokgak sebesar 11,60%.

The purpose of this research to get findings effect about (1) quality of working life, and organizational commitment on employees performance, (2) quality of working life, on organizational commitment, (3) quality of working life on employees performance, and (4) organizational commitment on employees performance at Kantor Camat Gerokgak. The research design used was quantitative causal. The subject of this research is employees of Kantor Camat Gerokgak, and the object of this research were quality of working life, organizational commitment and employees performance. Data were collected by questionnaire and document recording, and it’s analyzed with path analysis. The results of this research showed a significant effect of (1) quality of working life and organizational commitment on employees performance by 49,90%, (2) quality of working life has positive significant effect on organizational commitment by 37,90%, (3) quality of working life has positive significant on organizational commitment by 38,30%, and (4) organizational commitment has positive significant on employees performance at Kantor
