PENGARUH DANA BANTUAN LANGSUNG MASYARAKAT (BLM) TERHADAP PENDAPATAN BERSIH ANGGOTA KELOMPOK NELAYAN TAHUN 2012

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) rata-rata jumlah dana bantuan langsung masyarakat yang diterima anggota kelompok nelayan, (2) rata-rata pendapatan bersih anggota Kelompok Nelayan penerima dana BLM, dan (3) pengaruh dari dana BLM terhadap pendapatan bersih anggota kelompok nelayan dan besar pengaruhnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian adalah anggota kelompok nelayan yang memperoleh dana bantuan langsung masyarakat dan objeknya adalah dana BLM dan pendapatan bersih. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik dokumentasi dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) rata-rata jumlah BLM yang diterima oleh anggota kelompok nelayan sebesar Rp. 6.122.449,00; (2) rata-rata pendapatan bersih yang diperoleh anggota kelompok nelayan sebesar Rp. 1.098.104,00 per bulan untuk tahun 2012; dan (3) Dana BLM berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan bersih dan besar pengaruhnya sebesar 61,9%.

This research aims to know: (1) the average amount of BLM received by each member of the group Fishermen, (2) the average of net income Fishermen Group members receiver BLM funds, and (3) the effect of BLM funds to net income members of the group Fishermen and the great influence. This research uses a causal quantitative research design. Subjects in this research was members of the group fishermen who obtain funds Direct Community Assistance and the research object were the BLM and the net income of fishermen group members recipients BLM. Data were collected using a recording technique used documents and analyzed with simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) the average amount of BLM earned by member of the group fisherman is Rp. 6.122.449,00, (2) the average of net income for member of the group fisherman is Rp. 1.098.104,00 monthly for the 2012, and (3) BLM has positive influence on net income and the great influence is 61,9%
