PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KERJA KARYAWAN PADA UD KURNIA HANDICRAFT DI BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang (1) pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, (2) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) pengaruh pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja, (4) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan UD Kurnia Handicraft, dan objek penelitian adalah pelatihan, motivasi kerja dan produktivitas. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh positif dari pelatihan dan motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja, (2) ada pengaruh pelatihan terhadap motivasi kerja, (3) ada pelatihan terhadap produktivitas kerja, (4) ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja

This research aimed to obtain findings eksplanation tested concerning (1) the influence of the training and motivation of working against the productivity of work, (2) the influence of labor motivation towards training, (3) the influence of training against work productivity, (4) influence the motivation of working against work productivity. The research design used in quantitative research is causal. The subject of this study are employees of UD Kurnia Handicraft, and the object or research is the training, motivation and work productivity. Data collected by questionnaire and record-keeping of documents and then analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a positive influence from the training and motivation of working against the productivity of work, (2) there is the influence of labor motivation towards training, (3) there is a work to productivity training, (4) there is the influence the motivation of workingagainst work productivity.
