ANALISIS PENURUNAN PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, (1) memperoleh temuan deskriptif mengenai penyebab menurunya produktivitas karyawan di CV. Cakra Batik, (2) dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penurunan produktivitas karyawan pada CV. Cakra Batik, dan (3) upaya apa yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi penurunan produktivitas karyawan pada CV. Cakra Batik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara mendalam, observasi, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Penyebab penurunan produktivitas karyawan pada bagian produksi di CV. Cakra Batik dilihat dari aspek internal perusahaan antara lain dari pihak perusahaan dan karyawan yaitu dari pihak perusaan yang tidak pernah melakukan pelatihan kepada karyawan. Sedangkan penyebab dari aspek karyawan berkaitan dengan karyawan yang tidak disiplin terhadap waktu kerja serta penyebab dari aspek eksternal perusahaan yaitu penyebab dari pemasok bahan baku, (2) dampak yang ditimbulkan dari penurunan produktivitas terbagi menjadi dua bagian yaitu dampak bagi pihak internal perusahaan dan dampak bagi eksternal perusahaan, (3) Upaya yang harus dilakukan oleh CV. Cakra Batik untuk mengatasi penurunan produktivitas yaitu memberikan pelatihan kepada karyawan khususnya karyawan bagian produksi, melakukan seleksi karyawan yang tepat, menerapkan kompensasi yang berbasis kinerja, mengubah sistem gaji menjadi sistem upah dan menaikan harga batik.

This study aims to, (1) to describe the cause of the decline in employee productivity in the CV. Batik cakra, (2) to assess the impact of the decline in the productivity of employees at CV. Batik cakra, and (3) to determine what efforts are made to address the decline in employee productivity in the CV. Batik cakra. This research is a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in this research is in-depth interviews, observation, documentation and triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive. These results indicate that (1) causes a decrease in employee productivity in the production of CV. Cakra Batik views of the internal aspects of the company, among others from the company and the employees are from the company 'did not conduct training to employees. While the cause of the aspects of employees with regard to employees who do not discipline the working time and the cause of the external aspects of company that the cause of suppliers of raw materials, (2) the impact of the drop in productivity is divided into two parts, namely the impact on the internal side of the company and the impact on the external companies, (3) efforts should be made by CV. Batik cakra to cope with a decrease in productivity that provide training to employees, especially employees of the production, the selection of the right employee, implement performance-based compensation, change the pay system into a wage system and raise the price of batik
