Pengaruh Tingkat Inflasi dan Suku Bunga Sertifikat Bank Indonesia (SBI) terhadap Indeks Harga Saham Sektor Construction, Property dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2013-2015

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang pengaruh (1) tingkat inflasi terhadap suku bunga SBI,(2)tingkat inflasidan suku bunga SBI terhadap indeks harga saham (3) tingkat inflasiterhadap indeks harga saham dan (4) suku bunga SBI terhadap indeks harga saham.Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif kausal.Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor construction, property dan real estate dan objeknya yaitu tingkat inflasi, suku bunga SBI dan indeks harga saham. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 59 perusahaan. Semua populasi ini dijadikan unit pengamatan sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan denganmenggunakanteknik pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan secara (1) tingkat inflasi terhadap suku bunga SBI,(2)tingkat inflasidan suku bunga SBI terhadap indeks harga saham (3) tingkat inflasiterhadap indeks harga saham dan (4) suku bunga SBI terhadap indeks harga saham.

The aim of this reserach is to find the the explanatif research about: (1) the level of inflation to the rate interest of SBI, (2) the level of inflation and the rate of SBI to the price stock index, (3) the level of inflation to the price stock index, (4) the rate interest of SBI to the price stock index. This research use qualitative causal method. The subjects of this reserach are construction, property and real estate companies and the objects are: the level of inflation, the rate interest of SBI and the price stock index. The population of this reserach is 59 companies. All the population become observing unit and this research is called population research. All the data gathered used document note tehnique, then to be analysed with stripe analysis. The result of this research showed that there is a positive and significant influence to the: (1) level of inflation to the rate interest of SBI, (2) level of inflation and the rate interest of SBI to the price stock index, (3) level of inflation to the price stock index, (4) rate interest of SBI to the price stock index.
