Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh (1) pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan (2) pelatihan terhadap lingkungan kerja non fisik (3) pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Celuk Agung Lovina. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif yang kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Celuk Agung Lovina dan objeknya adalah pelatihan, lingkungan kerja non fisik dan kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 32 karyawan. Semua populasi ini dijadikan unit pengamatan, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk penelitian populasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh positif dari (1) pelatihan dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan, (2) pelatihan terhadap lingkungan kerja non fisik (3) pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Hotel Celuk Agung Lovina.

This present study was intended to find the tested explanative finding of the impact of (1) the training and working environment of non-physical on the performance of employees, (2) the training on the working environment of non-physical, (3) the training on the performance of employees, and (4) the working environment of non-physical on the performance of employees of Hotel Celuk Agung Lovina. The study was designed to be a causal quantitative study. The subject of the study included all the employees of Hotel Celuk Agung Lovina, and the object of the study included the training, working environment of non-physical and performance employees. The population of the study totaled 32, all were used as the points of observation, therefore this present study can be classified as the population research. The data were collected using questionnaire, and documentation recording. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The result of the study showed there was a positive effects of (1) the training and working environment of non-physical on the performance of employees, (2) the training on the working environment of non-physical, (3) the training on the performance of employees, and (4) the working environment of non-physical on the performance of employees of Hotel Celuk Agung Lovina.
