ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PELATIHAN PADA KARYAWAN PT. POINCINA RESORT DI DESA TEMBOK, KECAMATAN TEJAKULA, KABUPATEN BULELENG

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh penjelasan secara deskriptif mengenai (1) job description dengan job specification karyawan, (2) kesesuaian antara job description dengan job specification karyawan, (3) standar kinerja dan pencapaian kerja karyawan, dan (4) jumlah karyawan PT. Poincina Resort yang membutuhkan pelatihan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan observasi, pencatatan dokumen, dan wawancara yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat 6 unit kerja yang telah memiliki job description dan job specification, (2) terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara job desccription dan job specification dari beberapa karyawan, (3) tingkat pencapaian kinerja secara rata-rata masih berada di bawah standar kinerja yang ditetapkan, (4) jumlah karyawan yang memerlukan pelatihan pada PT. Poincina Resort sebanyak 21 orang yang tersebar di semua unit kerja.

This study aims to obtain descriptive explanation abaout (1) job description with job specification employee, (2) compatibility between job description with job specification employee, (3) performance standards and archievement of performance employee, and (4) total employee PT. Poincina Resort requiring training. Research design is descriptive. Data collected by observation, recording documents, and interviews were analyzed descriptively. The results of research that has been done shows that (1) there are 6 units of work that has had job description and job specification, (2) there is a mismatch between job description and job specification of some employee, (3) the performance level on average is still below performace standards set, (4) total employee that require training at PT. Poincina Resortas many as 21 people scattered in all units.
