PENGARUH RETURN ON EQUITY DAN NET PROFIT MARGIN SERTA PRICE EARNING RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN METAL AND ALLIED PRODUCTS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh temuan eksplanatif yang teruji tentang (1) pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham secara simultan, dan (2) pengaruh Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham secara parsial pada perusahaan Metal and Allied Products. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif kausal. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Metal and Allied Products, dan objek penelitian adalah Retun On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan harga saham. Data dikumpulkan dengan pencatatan dokumen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) ada pengaruh signifikan secara simultan dari Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), dan Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham sebesar 88,3%, (2) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari Return On Equity (ROE) terhadap harga saham sebesar 39,6%, (3) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari Net Profit Margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham sebesar 39,5%, (4) ada pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dari Price Earning Ratio (PER) terhadap harga saham sebesar 47,7%.

The purpose of this research to get tested explanative findings about (1) the effects of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the stock price simultaneously, and (2) the effects of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the stock price partially company Metal and Allied Products. The used research design was quantitative causal. The subject of this research was the company Metal and Allied Products, and the object of this research were Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER), and stock price. The data was obtained by documentation technique, and it’s analyzed using multiple linear regressions. The results of this research show that (1) there was a effect simultaneously significant of Return On Equity (ROE), Net Profit Margin (NPM), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the stock price amounted 88,3%, (2) there was a positive effect and partially significant of Return On Equity (ROE) on the stock price amounted 39,6%. (3) there was a positive effect and partially significant of Net Profit Margin (NPM) on the stock price amounted 39,5%, (4) there was a positive effect and partially significant of Price Earning Ratio (PER) on the stock price amounted 47,7%.
